Date: Saturday, 2 May 2026
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: Bloem Show Grounds
Team Entry Fee: R400 (includes Show entry if registered by 20 April)

- Staggered Start: Groups of 7 participants every 15 minutes - Reserve your time slot.
- A great chance to participate individually on Friday and as a team on Saturday

⚔️ WHAT IS BLOEM BATTLE GROUNDS?
A Hybrid Fitness Race Series that combines:
💪 Functional Strength
🏃 Cardiovascular Endurance
Participants will tackle 10 strength disciplines with approximately 500 meters of running between each station.
No complex movements or technical barriers.
👉 Just pure strength, determination, and endurance.
🧠 WHAT TO EXPECT
Each race features a mix of:
• Tyre Flips
• Farmers Carry
• Sandbag Carry
• Net Crawl
• Bear Crawl
• Lunges
• Tyre Pulls
• Burpees
• Atlas Carry
• And more...
👉 Running sections range from flat routes to trail terrain, depending on the venue.
🏁 HOW IT WORKS
• Complete all 10 disciplines plus all runs to become a FINISHER
• No fixed order — choose your own race strategy
• Run approximately 500 meters between each station
• Start in timed waves at 10–15 minute intervals
• Individual timing is tracked via BIB number
🏆 SERIES FORMAT
• 5 Events make up 1 EPIC Series
• Earn points based on your race position

2nd – 97 pts
3rd – 94 pts
4th – 91 pts
5th – 88 pts

To qualify for the Series Podium:
✔️ Complete 4 out of 5 events
👉 Participation in all events is not required to compete!

• If the final station is full → You MUST wait
• Incomplete discipline results in Disqualification (but you may finish the race)
