Chandelier March Trail Run

Entry Information

The entry fees for the event range from R 60 to R 210.

• Chandelier March Trail Run Entry Fees 2026:
• 21km Trail: R210
• 10km Trail: R120
• 5km Trail: R60
• Temporary License: R45 for both the 21km and 10km trails; not required for the 5km trail.

• Entries can be made on the day starting from 07h00.

• Manual entries are available at:
  • Top Gear Sport, George
  • Nedbank Running Club Time Trial
  • Oudtshoorn at 18:00 at Wes Bank Tennis Club, Buitekant Street
  • Nedbank Running Club Time Trial - George at 10:30 at NRC Clubhouse, Meent Street, Heather Park

Admin Fee: Late entries will incur an additional R20 fee.

Refunds: Entry fees are non-refundable.

Substitutions: Substitutions are permitted.

Race Day Information

START & FINISH: All race distances will start and finish at Chandelier Game Lodge.

Handouts: Medals will be awarded to all participants who finish within the cut-off time.

Hydration: Water points will be available along the route.

Parking: Parking facilities are available.

Timing: The event will be timed using an electronic chip. No chip means no result.

Headphones: The use of music players with headphones is prohibited and may lead to disqualification.

Toilets: Restroom facilities will be available at the start and finish areas.

Medical: First aid services will be provided at the finish line.

• Start chutes will close strictly at:
  • 06:25 for the 21km trail run,
  • 06:55 for the 10km trail run, and
  • 07:10 for the 5km fun trail run, for the mandatory race briefing.
• Participants arriving after these times will not be permitted to start.
