On-The-Day Entry: An extra R30 will be added to the entry fee.

Kids Under 13 Years & Adults Over 60 Years: Pay only R80, with no additional charge for on-the-day entry.

Venue:

Located at Ernie Els Blvd, Copperleaf Golf and Country Estate, Centurion. The race will commence at the lower section of the Estate Building, near the Restaurants.

Pet Friendly: Yes

Please ensure dogs are kept on a leash at all times.

A headlamp or torch is required for participation.

Parking and Access to the Estate:

- Non-residents should park in front of the main building.

- Online entrants will receive an access code via email after 14h00 on Wednesday. Please bring this code with you.

- Remember to bring your driver's license or ID for venue access.

- If you haven't registered online, inform the gate staff that you are attending the race to receive an access code for your vehicle.

Start Time:

Registration begins at 5:00pm, with the race starting at 6:00pm. No early or late starts are permitted. The route follows the golf course, so we must wait for golfers to finish. The cut-off time for Wednesday night races is 8:00pm. Walkers are welcome, provided they complete their distance by 8:00pm.

Refreshments: The Restaurant will be open, offering a selection of delicious food and drinks.

Route Information:

The entire route is within the venue, with water tables available on all routes.

Make a Difference Campaign:

Participants can choose to keep their medal or donate its cost to the Make a Difference Campaign by placing it in the campaign box. Additional donations can also be made. The funds from donated medals and additional contributions will support the Make a Difference Campaign fundraiser. At the end of the year, the total amount collected will be donated to a deserving animal shelter to help improve the lives of these special pets.
