DoringDraad 2026

DoringDraad returns for the 8th consecutive year on Saturday 3rd October 2026. The one and only MTB & Trail Run event hosted by DoringDraad events & Doringdraad Kontrei-Kuierplek, taking place in a small community town called Dibeng. For the mountain bikers there are a 25km & 50km distance route available.  And for the runners there are a 5km & 10km distance route available.

Don't miss out on this family event, awesome route for everyone, from beginner to advanced. The very famous Doringdraad Roosterkoeke will be available, not to be missed!! Food and beverages will also be available to buy at DoringDraad Restaurant.

Online Entries close: Wednesday 30 September 2026 @ 12:00pm,

Late entries available at Number Collection and the morning of the event.

Goodie Bag / Number Collection & Late Entries:

Friday 2 October 2026 - 16:00 – 18:00pm at (Reception, Kalahari Country Club, Kathu)

Saturday 3 October 2026 – 7:15 – 7:40am at (Doringdraad Kontrei-Kuierplek Deben)

*Please make use of the collection of Goodie Bag / Race number on Friday, to minimize the amount of people collecting on Saturday morning.

The participant must be able to complete with no assistance from parent/competitor in order to receive a medal & 1,2,3 place prize.
