Offering 3 exciting distances and relay team options for family or corporates. Challenge family, friends or colleagues and join us for this exciting event. Full road closure for cycle route!

Distances Available:

Sprint: 750m Ocean Swim / 20kn Cycle / 5km Run (Min Age 16yrs)

Standard: 1.5km Ocean Swim / 40 Cycle / 10km Run (Min Age 17yrs)

Ultra/ Aquabike (Swim 7 Cycle only) : 2km Ocean Swim / 80km Cycle / 18km Run (Min Age 18 yrs)
