Pretoria Boys High 6 & 24 Hr MTB RACE

Twice the fun! By entering both races in the Hill and Valley Series, you unlock some nice savings and it puts you in a position to win the coveted title of the Hill and Valley Series Winner! Up for grabs are two custom-made jerseys for the overall male and overall female winners (most number of laps completed for the series).

Thank you for joining us at the Eduplex Race held on 16 May 2026! The Pretoria Boys High race is next on 6 September 2026! The course is more challenging than the Eduplex one with good hill-rep training that will boost your end of the year fitness! The route will suit the novice and the racing snake alike, with the level of difficulty being regulated by the speed at which you approach them.

We will have a family-friendly race village, a variety of food options, camping options, goodie bags and prize money for the winners in certain categories and are open to recreational riders and licensed athletes.

Boys High School: 24 Hour Race: Saturday 5th September, starting at 10h00 through to Sunday 6th September.

(entry includes a breakfast bun, camping facility (own tent), shower, access to the race village)

The 6 Hour Race: Saturday 5th September, starting at 14h00 and ending at 20h00, allowing riders to experience the thrill of night riding

Food and beverages will be available between 8:00 and 22:00. The barista stations will be open day and night for the duration of your stay.

CAMPING:

Make it a fun-filled weekend and come and camp in the middle of all the action. Camping is free. You must bring all your own gear. We will get the fires going early every evening for those who want to braai their own meat. Unfortunately, electricity plug points are not readily available for the campers. We will have charging stations at the race village for your phones, computers and lights. The use of the facilities while camping is at one's own risk.

All participants will receive a fantastic goodie bag on race day.
