Distance Start Time and Pricing excluding online fees: 

5km     -   R80        -     06:30

15km   -   R180      -     06:15

32km   -   R280      -     06:00

Temp Licence R70 for 15km and 32km only

No runners will start their race later than these times

The cut-off time for all runners will be 10:30

The Floss Fun Run will be limited to 1000 participants

Each runner will receive a goodie bag and a medal at the finish line.

The first 500 entries will receive a t-shirt

Prizes will be given to the winner of each category. NO PRIZE MONEY

Runners will receive their t-shirt with number collections, and their goodie bag AFTER the race together with their medal

NO ENTRIES ON RACE DAY

NO TIME CHIP

NO PRIZE MONEY

Prizes will be given for the first male and female in each distance category. There will be no age group prizes.

The winners will receive their prize ones they finish the race 

No official prize ceremony 

Race Rules:

- Please wear your Floss race shirt if you received one

-If you do not collect your race number, or run the race, no refund will be given

-If you are late for your event, you will not be able to participate, and NO REFUND will be given

-All runners will be picked up after 10:30 on the road, as there will be no traffic marshalls after 10:30

-If the race is cancelled, for whatever reason, there will be no refund, the event will be postponed to a later date

-Please obey all traffic officials and race marshals

-The race will be run according to the rules of ASA, IAAF & LIMA house rules

- No seconding will be allowed. No pacing of any kind

-Proof of ID to be produced upon request on the day of the race

-All the athletes participate at their own risk and Race organisers are not responsible for any injuries or loss of any sort

-All participants should have a race number on the front and Temp license at the back

-No littering, please make use of bins on the route

-Photos will be taken on the day and may be placed on social media

Route:

Start at Mitchell house rugby field, turn right unto School road, past the Mall of the North, turn left unto Knottrox avenue, turn left unto the R81- Modjadjiskloof road

Turn around points at:

2.5km

7.5k

16km

Same route back to Mitchell house rugby field

Parking: 

Mall of the North, upper parking closest to the school. Parking is at own risk, event Organisers or Mall of the North will not be liable for any damages/theft.

Many water points along the route.

There will be mobile toilets available at the 16km water point (Turnaround point for 32Km runners)
