WHAT IT IS

A team fitness race on grass. You run, you do a strength station, you run

again. Eight times over. First team home wins.

No experience needed. If you can run and you can lift, you can do this.

HOW IT WORKS

- Run 900 m, which is 3 laps of the field

- Do 1 station

- Repeat 8 times

- That is 7.2 km of running plus 8 stations

- Your whole team crosses the line together

- Most teams finish between 1h15 and 1h45

All the kit is waiting for you at each station.
Same weights for every

category, so nobody gets an easier race.

PICK YOUR TEAM

TEAM OF 2

Both of you run every 900 m together, so 7.2 km each. You split the reps at

each station however you want. One of you can do all the wall balls while

the other rests, or you swap halfway. Your call.

TEAM OF 4

You take turns. One athlete runs 900 m, does a station, then tags the next.

Each of you covers 1.8 km and 2 stations.

EVERYONE RUNS THE RAVE RUN

A 4 km social run with a live DJ that the whole field does together as the

warm up. No clock, no places, no winners. All paces, walkers welcome.

No entries on race day. Heats fill in entry order, so enter early.
