• Registration and Late Entries: 06:30 until 10 minutes before briefing
• Race Briefing: 10 minutes before start time
• 15km Start: 07:30
• 5km Start: 08:00
• Prize Giving: 10:15
• Flower Reserve Festival ends: 15:00

A-Batch Under 13 (Primary School)

C-Batch 50 and older (Masters)

No refunds are allowed, but substitutions are welcome and can be made through your Entry Ninja profile.

Pre-entries will close at 13:00 on Thursday, 17 September 2026; late entries are welcome on Race Day from 06:30.

Please Note – Due to administrative reasons, an additional R50 is charged for all late entries. Substitutions on race day are welcome at a cost of R100 per entry for late substitutions.

The Green Flag Trail Run is NOT Dog Friendly. No dogs allowed.
