START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Italian Social Club, 17 Harold Rd, Broadwood Handouts Medals to all finishers Hydration There will be water points +/-every 3 km and litter bins at every water point Timing Electronic timing Headphones The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification Toilets Toilets will be available at the start and finish Showers NO shower facilities Medical Medical staff will be on duty Prize Giving Scheduled to start at 09h45
