Online Entry Fee: 2KM (R80) | 5KM (R110) | 10KM (R130) | 15km (R150)

On-The-Day Entry:  An additional amount of R30 will be added

Kids Under 13Yrs & Adults Over 60Yrs: Only pay R80 (no additional charge for on-the-day entry)

Start Time:
Registration opens: 06h00
Race start for all distances: @ 06h30
You can still register and start anytime between: 06h30 - 08h00

For long distance e.g. 15km and 21km the latest time allowed to start is at group start.  Only 10km, 5km  and 2km will be allowed to start after group start. And all distances needs to be finished by 10am.

ROUTE INFORMATION:

Please note these trails are not for the faint hearted :)

      The terrain is quite technical. Here is a breakdown of the distances:

       *  5km route is not too difficult. Elevation is around 120m

      *  10km gets long with a lot of uphills and down hills, with a fair bit of elevation gain towards the end. Elevation is around 290m

      *  15km is definitely a challenge and not recommended for the unfit.  The last 5km is very challenging and not for the unfit runners or walkers. Elevation is around 360m

         - There is one split between the 15km and 10km.  Once you get to this point and you are very tired, we recommend that you rather not continue from that point onwards on the 15km, but rather finish with the 10km.

Walking / Hiking is allowed on all distances as long as you finish by the cut-off time of 10h00. 
Water tables will be available on all routes

• There will be No Transfer of online entries due to not pitching up for a race.
• No license is necessary to take part in run/walk.
• Cash, Card and Snapscan accepted on the day.
