The Java MTB and Trail Run is back!!

Celebrate family, the outdoors and a day of adventure at the Java MTB & Trail Run at Van Loveren on 28 November 2026.

The Java MTB & Trail Run brings together adventure, community and the great outdoors in the heart of the Robertson Valley.

Whether you're taking on the mountain bike routes, joining the 5 km fun run or simply soaking up the atmosphere, this is a day designed for families, friends, outdoor enthusiasts and wine lovers alike.

Make a full day of it with live music, delicious food and a glass of wine as we celebrate summer, adventure and community in true Van Loveren style.

Proceeds from every entry will go towards supporting a local school, making every pedal, every step and every entry part of something bigger for our community.

Trail Run 

• 5km Trail Run  -  R150  - Start: 8:45
• 10km Trail Run - R200 - Start: 8:30
• 20km Trail Run - R300 - Start: 8:10

MTB

• 10km MTB  -  R150  -  Start: 8:05
• 28km MTB  -  R300  - Start:  8 :15
• 50km MTB  - R400 - Start: 8:00
• E-Bikes are welcome but no prizes will be available.

Route profiles to be shared soon. While Van Loveren continues to recover from recent floods, we are carefully assessing route conditions before confirming the final routes.
