Karoo Poison 2026

The sixth edition of the Karoo Poison event is set to take place at the Leeuwenboschfontein Guest Farm, located in the Nougaspoort area just above the Koo valley, on September 5, 2026.

This is an event you won't want to miss!

Designed to be family-friendly, the event offers a variety of activities for everyone, including trail running, gravel cycling, a toddler run and bike race, along with numerous food stalls and entertainment options. The Koo Primary School will ensure there are plenty of reasons to stay after the event, with cold beer and delicious food available.

Registration & Late Entries

Registration will take place on Friday, September 4, from 17:00 to 20:00 at Leeuwenboschfontein. On Saturday, September 5, registration will be open from 06:30 to 08:00 at the same location.

The first 200 entries will receive goodie bags!

Online entries close on September 1 at 00:00, but late entries are still welcome on race day!
