Race Day Information

START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Voortrekker Monument Handouts Medals to all athletes who finishes within the cut-off time Hydration This is a green race. Water will be supplied in bulk containers. Bring your own cup or bottle. Parking Please arrive early to avoid traffic congestion Timing Gun to mat timing -10 & 21 km only Tog Bags Tog bag facilities will be available Headphones The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification Pets No pets allowed Toilets Toilets will be available at the start and finish Medical Medical staff will be on duty

• Commemoration Ceremony - 07:15
• Time limit - 3h45. This is a venue imposed time limit. All athletes with 3km or more to go and 25 minutes or less remaining, will be diverted to the finish.
• Route:
  • The 10 km and 21 km races are approximately 80% on gravel and trail routes and are unsuitable for baby strollers and wheelchairs.
  • The 5 km fun run does not include any off-tar sections; baby strollers and wheelchairs are welcome
