• Entries will be taken on the day from 05h00 - 06h30

•  Pre-entry forms are available at Makro Gqeberha, Brian Bands Sport, and UD Sports, with pre-entries closing at 16h00 on Wednesday, 1 July.

START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Makro Gqeberha, 735 Cape Road, Bridgemead Hydration Water points will be provided Timing Electronic timing Headphones The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification Toilets Toilets will be available at the start and finish Medical Medical staff will be on duty Prize Giving Scheduled to start at 09h00
