This distance is suitable for anyone who is unsure of their fitness level, older participants, young children, or those trying this type of fitness challenge for the first time.

You’ll walk or run approximately 250 m between stations, with 8–10 stations along the route. Expect fun, strength-based exercises such as sandbag carries, walking lunges, and more.

Modifications will be available to accommodate participants with different fitness levels, including those who are less fit, older adults, and beginners.

This distance is ideal for fitter and more adventurous athletes, or for anyone who already exercises regularly and wants to challenge themselves.

You’ll run approximately 500 m between stations and can expect 8–10 stations along the route. The course includes fun, strength-based exercises such as sandbag runs, sandbag lunges, and more.
