Miami Magoebaskloof MTB Challenge 2026

This race is challenging yet rewarding. Also a great start for the beginner to get more experience. Breathtaking mountain bike tracks.  This route starts at the Faerie Glen Picnic site at Westfalia into plantations.  Plenty of jeep and single track.  Ample parking at the venue. Perfect weather for that time of the year.  Water points every 10/15km. This race has been a Limpopo qualifier for the past approximately 10 years and is one race on the Mtb calendar that attracts plenty of riders from all over.

A CSA Day License is required for the 70km, 50km. 35km and 15km MTB race only and can be purchased with your race entry for R70.  Please note riders with day licences will not be awarded points towards the series.

Miami Magoebaskloof MTB is a Cycling South Africa (CSA) Sanctioned event and will be run according to CSA rules.

CSA enforces minimum age restrictions based on race distances for all sanctioned MTB events.

The women's federation and Limpopo Colours for the 19+ age group will be awarded in the 50km distance, and not the 75km as in previous years. All women's categories in the 50km will be included in the prize giving. Women can still ride the 75km, but the prize giving will only be for the first, second, and third place finishers overall—there will be no category prizes for women in the 75km. The Grand Master Men podium will only be for the 50km route

To avoid disappointment at registration, please only select a race distance that you are allowed to participate in.

Your age is based on the age you will be on 31 December of that year.

Please note – gravel bikes are not permitted as per CSA rules.
