• There will be No Refunds due to rain, lightning or venue rain damage cancellation.
• There will be No Transfer of online entries due to not pitching up for a race.
• Beer tent and food stands available before and after event.
• All ages and spectators welcome.

IMPORTANT PET FRIENDLY ARRANGEMENTS AND RULES: 

Very strict rules will be applied during the weekend, as all dogs will have to be kept on leash at all time due to 

all the other animal roaming around at the venue. There are also Baboons roaming free at the venue and   

therefore necessitates the on-leash requirement for all dogs. Non-adherence to this rule will be subjected to a   

R1 000 fine and you might be requested to leave the  establishment without any refunds.

RULES:

• Dogs are welcome on the 6km, 10km routes.
• Please note that it is STRICTLY ON LEASH, due to all the other animals roaming fee on the farm.
• Only dogs taking part in the trail run may be brought to the venue.
• There won't be people available to look after your dog while you are out on the trails.

ACCOMMODATION:

Camping stands available at venue- R100/person per night. 

Food trucks and beer tent available from 18:00- 21:00 Friday night and from 06:00 on Saturday morning.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE AND TIMES:

Friday – 5 March 2027:

• Campers’ arrival from 16:00
• Food trucks and Beer tent from 18:00 – 21:00

Saturday – 6 March 2027:

• Registration and on-the-day entries will be open between 05H30 till 07H00
• 42km Race briefing will be held at 06H00
• The 42km entrants will start at 06h30
• The 21km entrants will start at 07h00
• The 10km entrants will start at 07H45
• The 6.5km entrants will start at 08h00
• Medal awarding ceremony will take place from 11H00 for 6.5km & 10km 
• Medal awarding ceremony will take place from 13H00 for 21km & 42km
• Check-out and departure from 15H00
