Mothers' Day Red Barn Trial Run/Walk - 10 May 2026

DISTANCE & ENTRY FEE:

Pre Entries:

Online Entry Fee: 2km (R80) | 5km (R110) | 10km (R130) | 15km (R150) | 21km (R170)

On-The-Day Entry:  An additional amount of R30 will be added

Kids Under 13Yrs & Adults Over  60Yrs:  Only pay R80 (no additional charge for on-the-day entry

The Big Red Barn Trails, 7 Nelson Drive, Sunlawns AH, Olifantsfontein

START TIME:

Registration opens at 06h30

Race start for all distances: 07h00

You can still register and start anytime between 07h00 till 08h00

For long distance e.g. 15km and 21km the latest time allowed to start is 07h00.  Only 10km, 5km  and 2km will be allowed to start after group start. And all distances needs to be finished by 11h00am.

Amenities Available  At The Venue: The Red Barn Restaurant will be open for food and drinks.

Entry  Includes:  Marked Route | Water Tables | Finisher Medal | Venue Entry | Parking | Vitality Points

ROUTE INFORMATION:

Walking / Hiking is allowed on all distances as long as you are finished by the cut-off time. 
Water tables will be available on all routes    

Please note that due to current state of the river next to the 15km trail at the venue, the 15km will consist of the 10km and 5km and the 21km will be a loop of the 10km trail.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE CAMPAIGN: 

You now have the option of taking your medal at the end of the race or to donate the cost of the medal to the Make a Difference Campaign by placing your medal in the campaign box.  You can also add any additional donation you want to make to the campaign in the box. The cost of these donated medals and any additional donations received will then be put towards the Make a Difference Campaign fund raiser. 

At the end of the year, the total amount saved will be donated to a worthy animal shelter to help make a difference in the lives of these special pets.

• There will be No Refunds due to rain, lightning or venue rain damage cancellation.

• There will be No Transfer of online entries due to not pitching up for a race.
• No license is necessary to take part in run/walk.
• Cash, Card and Snapscan accepted on the day.
