OM die DAM - Dec Trail Fun

The 25km trail offers a challenging route through the mountains and around the dam, featuring cliff-edge paths and breathtaking views. It's designed for experienced runners. The 16km Trail circles the Berg River Dam, providing stunning vistas and gentle trails. The 10km Trail covers half the dam, mostly on single tracks, making it suitable for beginners. The 6km Trail is an easy and enjoyable run for families.

Participants will receive GPX files via email before the event day.

STANDARD ENTRY FEE:

• 25km - R750
• 16km - R550
• 10km - R350
• 6km - R160

Entries must be submitted by 10am on 3 DEC '26. A late entry fee will apply for registrations on the event day.

WHAT YOUR ENTRY INCLUDES:
Marked routes, water tables on each route, race number, and timing. Medics will be on standby. Each finisher will receive a medal and a beer or soft drink.

REGISTRATION:
On the day registration begins at 06:00 am at the field near The Berg River Dam, Franschhoek.

Coffee will be available from 6am. Invite friends and family to enjoy the scenic views and cheer you on with a picnic blanket and basket.

16km - 07:30am
10km - 08:30am
6km - 09:00am

PRIZE GIVING:
Scheduled for 11am, featuring fantastic prizes and plenty of fun. Don't miss it!

RECOMMENDED KIT LIST:

• Minimum 1L of water (one water/snack table will be available on the route)
• Race food (such as fruit, energy bars, or Gu's)
• Rain jacket and space blanket
• Fully charged cellphone
