We are planning at least 3 water points along the route, however we do advise that you do carry water and nutrition along with you

Walking will be accommodated, with a reasonable cut off time, however do take note: it's not a walk in the park or for the faint hearted, age limits of 14 and 16 have been set, due to technical areas
