Run The Cape 2026

Run the Cape offers a luxurious trail running and culinary adventure through the stunning Tulbagh Valley. With a cap of 80 participants, this event promises an exclusive experience. Both runners and walkers are invited to join in exploring the valley's renowned rolling hills while savoring the area's premium wines. Over three days, participants will traverse thrilling routes that showcase the scenic beauty of Cape Fynbos, pine forests, and wheat fields. Run the Cape provides a distinctive and exclusive journey off the beaten path.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR ENTRY?

• Participants will receive a special Run the Cape Merchandise Kit valued at R1200, which includes a running shirt.
• Your entry covers all meals from Friday lunch through to Sunday breakfast.
• All beverages, including craft gin, beer, and wine, are provided at no extra cost.
• Enjoy two nights of "glamping" accommodation or stay in a guesthouse.
• Throughout the weekend, enjoy fantastic live entertainment to enhance the atmosphere.
• Experience three days of carefully selected routes, some of which are exclusively accessible during the event.
• Water points will be staffed and offer a range of refreshments, from freshly brewed coffee to pancakes, with an assistance vehicle available at designated points.
• Participants will encounter unique refreshment stops off the beaten path along the routes.
• Trained medical staff will be present at each stage to address any emergencies.
