Event Schedule:

• Registration and Late Entries Race Day: 06:30 until 10 minutes before briefing
• Race Briefing: 10 minutes before start time
• 17km Start: 07:30
• 12km Start: 07:45
• 5km Start: 08:00
• Prize Giving: 10:45 (may start earlier if the last finisher arrives before then)

Age Categories for this event:
A-Batch Under 13 (Primary School)
- 5km only
C-Batch 50 and older (Masters)
- 5km; 12km and 17km

No refunds are available, but substitutions are permitted and can be managed through your Entry Ninja profile.

Pre-Entries will close at 13:00 on Thursday, 05 November 2026; however, late entries are accepted on Race Day starting at 06:30.

Please Note – Due to administrative reasons, a R50 surcharge is added to your entry fee for all late entries. Substitutions on race day are allowed at a cost of R100 per entry for late substitutions.
