Each race is a chance to experience the excitement of competition, the joy of pushing your limits, and the camaraderie of hundreds of athletes all aiming for the same goal — to cross the finish line with determination, smiles, and perhaps a few celebratory jumps! From the Mini Tri for kids and beginners to the Challenge distance for the dedicated athletes, and even team relays for social racers, the TINMAN Series offers something for everyone.

1. Mini Tri (200m Swim / 6km Cycle / 2.5km Run) 8yrs up
2. Super Sprint Tri (400m Swim / 10km Cycle / 2.5km Run) 12yrs up
3. Sprint Tri & Relay Tri (750m Swim / 20km Cycle / 5km Run) 16yrs up - Cut off 2hrs 45
4. Sprint Duathlon (5km Run / 20km Cycle / 2.5km Run) 16yrs up – 3hr cut off
5. Challenge Tri & Relay Tri (1.2km Swim / 40km Cycle /10km Run) 18yrs up - Cut off 3hr50

Registration on Sunday (Race Day) morning: 5:45am to 7am at PRIME VIEW.

START TIMES: To be confirmed in the final race information. Final details will be emailed to all paid entrants on the Friday before race weekend.

• Mini Tri: 8yrs and up, R395.00 early bird, R430.00 regular
• Supa Sprint: 12yrs and up, R495.00 early bird, R530.00 regular
• Sprint Tri: 16yrs and up, R695.00 early bird, R730.00 regular
• Sprint Teams: 16yrs and up, R800.00 early bird, R850.00 regular
• Sprint Duathlon: 16yrs and up, R650.00 early bird, R695.00 regular
• Challenge Tri: 17yrs and up, R850.00 early bird, R895.00 regular
• Challenge Team: 17yrs and up, R950.00 early bird, R995.00 regular

Triathlon Licences: All athletes must have either an annual TSA licence or purchase a Temporary TSA DAY Licence valid for the event only.

We highly recommend purchasing an annual Triathlon SA licence from TSA. It is more cost-effective and convenient for each event. It also supports Triathlon SA in developing the sport.
