This event is about continuity, about progressing while staying connected. Whether you choose to run vigorously, walk leisurely, or enjoy the trail with family and friends, this day is about being part of something greater than a single event.

The routes are clearly marked, accessible, and walk-friendly, designed to accommodate runners, walkers, and multiple generations on the same trail.

• 5km – easy, relatively flat

• 10km – more challenging, still entry-level

• Walkers welcome on all routes

• Well-marked, safe trails

Start Options

The Race

• 10km start: 7:40

• 5km start: 8:00

• Podium prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd (adult categories only)

Relaxed Run

• Start any time between 7:00 – 9:30

• Walk or run, no pressure

• 15km & 21km available as Relaxed Run only

• On-the-day entries close at 9:20
