About this race
Join us for the Hardest Mile and help us raise funds to send our South African OCR Team to World Champs in China!
Our Hardest Mile is 400m of Burpee Broad Jumps, 400m of Walking Lunges, 400m Bear Crawl and 400m Farmer Carry.
The event can be done as an INDIVIDUAL for the super tough, in PAIRS for those those that prefer some company to suffer with or as a TEAM of 4 for a very achievable goal with your friends.
We've also got a beginner INDIVIDUAL course for those that prefer to work alone but need something a bit easier than the standard course. 400m of Sprawl Steps, 400m Sled Pull, 400m Bag Carry and 400m Run.
