Valley Cross Duathlon

Distance Options:

• Cross Duathlon Supersprint: The event includes a 2.5 km run, an 8 km bike ride, and a final 1 km run. It starts at 09:00, and the entry fee is R180.
• Cross Duathlon Sprint: Participants will run 2.5 km, cycle for 14 km, and finish with another 2.5 km run. The race begins at 08:30, with an entry fee of R200.
• Cross Duathlon Standard: This race features a 5.5 km run, a 30 km bike segment, and a concluding 2.5 km run. It kicks off at 08:00, and the entry fee is R280.

• Cross Duathlon Sprint (Team): Teams will tackle a 2.5 km run, a 14 km bike ride, and a 2.5 km run. The start time is 08:30, with an entry fee of R150 per person.
• Cross Duathlon Standard (Team): Teams will complete a 5.5 km run, a 30 km bike ride, and a 2.5 km run. The event starts at 08:00, and the entry fee is R150 per person.

Number Collection and Late Entries:

- You can collect your race numbers and register for late entries at the venue starting from 07:00 am.

- A R30 surcharge applies to all late or on-the-day entries. Payment can be made via credit card or cash.
