Your event's cover image is the first thing participants see:
Upload Your Cover
- In the event form, find the Cover Image section
- Click "Upload Image" or drag and drop
- Select a high-quality image
- The system will automatically resize and optimize
Image Requirements
- Format: JPG, PNG, or WebP
- Size: Maximum 10MB
- Dimensions: Minimum 1200x630px (16:9 aspect ratio recommended)
- Content: Clear, high-resolution, relevant to your event
💡 Pro Tip: Events with cover images get 3x more registrations than those without!

Add multiple images to showcase your event:

- Scroll to the Gallery section
- Click "Add Images"
- Select multiple images at once
- Drag to reorder images
- Click "X" on any image to remove it
What to Include
- 📸 Previous event photos (happy participants, action shots)
- 🏞️ Route/course photos
- 🏁 Start/finish line setup
- 🎽 Merchandise and race packs
- 🌄 Scenic views along the route
- 🏅 Medals and prizes
Best Practices
Photography Tips
- High Resolution: Use at least 1920x1080px
- Good Lighting: Natural daylight works best
- Action Shots: Show participants in motion, having fun
- Diverse Representation: Show variety of ages, genders, abilities
- Clear Focus: Avoid blurry images
What NOT to Include
- ❌ Blurry or low-quality photos
- ❌ Images with watermarks (unless yours)
- ❌ Unrelated stock photos
- ❌ Photos you don't have rights to use
- ❌ Images with visible competitor branding
