A complete profile is required to:
- Publish events on the platform
- Receive payments from participant registrations
- Display your organiser information to participants
- Upload your organiser logo and branding
Personal Information
Navigate to Profile in your dashboard and complete:
- First Name & Last Name: Your full legal name
- Phone Number: Contact number for support and notifications
- Email: Already set from registration
Company Details
Provide your business or organisation details:
- Company Name: Your business or organisation name
- Company Address: Full physical address
- Company Phone: Business contact number
- Company Email: Business email (can be same as personal)
💡 Tip: If you're an individual organiser, you can use your personal details for both personal and company information.
Banking Information
This is crucial for receiving payments. You'll need:
- Bank Name: Your banking institution
- Account Holder Name: Must match your bank account exactly
- Account Number: Full account number
- Branch Code: Your branch code
- Account Type: Cheque or Savings
✅ Verification: Double-check all banking details before saving. Incorrect details will delay your payments.
Payment Schedule
Once your banking details are complete:
- Participant registrations are processed immediately through Ozow
- Your commission-based revenue is calculated automatically
- Payouts are processed according to your organiser agreement
