What to Export

Standard Export Fields

Default export includes:

  • Participant name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Date of birth / Age
  • Gender
  • Distance/Category
  • Ticket/Bib number
  • License number (if applicable)
  • Registration date
  • Order total

Extended Export Options

Include additional data:

  • ✅ Emergency contact details
  • ✅ Medical aid information

  • ✅ SA ID or passport number

How to Export

  1. Go to event's Participants tab
  2. Apply any filters (optional)
  3. Click Export button
  4. Select format (CSV, PDF, or JSON)
  5. Choose fields to include
  6. Click Download
