Viewing Participant List

Accessing Participants

View all registered participants for your event:

1. Go to Events in your dashboard
2. Click on your event
3. Click the Participants tab
4. View complete list of registrations

Real-Time Updates

• List updates automatically with new registrations
• No need to refresh the page
• See registrations as they happen

Participant Information

For each participant, view:

Field	Description
Name	Full name
Email	Contact email
Mobile	Phone number
Distance	Registered category
Age	Calculated from date of birth
Gender	Gender category
License Number	If license required
Ticket Number	Unique ticket/bib number
Order Total	Amount paid (including merchandise)
Registration Date	When they registered

Click any participant to see:

• Complete personal details
• Emergency contact information
• Medical aid details
• Merchandise orders
• Payment information
• Ticket QR code

Filtering & Searching

Search

Find participants quickly:

• Search by name
• Search by email
• Search by ticket/bib number
• Search by license number

Filter Options

Filter by:

• Distance: View participants in specific categories
• Gender: Male, Female, Other
• Age Group: Custom age ranges
• Registration Date: Filter by date range
• Payment Status: Paid, Pending, Refunded

Sorting

Sort list by:

• Name (A-Z or Z-A)
• Registration date (newest/oldest first)
• Distance
• Ticket number

Summary Statistics

View at a glance:

• Total participants
• Participants per distance
• Gender distribution
• Age group breakdown
• Registration trend over time
