Access your financial dashboard by clicking Financials in the main navigation. Here you'll find a comprehensive view of your event revenue and earnings.
Key Metrics
Total Gross Revenue
The total amount collected from all participant registrations before any deductions. This includes:
- Distance registration fees
- Merchandise sales
- Temporary license fees (if applicable)
Commission Paid
The platform commission charged based on your organiser agreement. Commission is calculated on gross revenue and varies by your subscription tier.
Processing Fees
Payment processing fees for Ozow transactions. These are typically 2.9% + R2.00 per transaction, though rates may vary based on your agreement.
Total Net Revenue
The amount you receive after commission and processing fees are deducted:
