Our tiered pricing system rewards organisers who grow with us:
Cumulative Revenue Tracking
Your tier is based on your lifetime cumulative base revenue:
- Tracks all revenue across all your events
- Only counts actual revenue (excludes refunds)
- Counts entry fees + merchandise + licenses
- Updates in real-time with each registration
Automatic Tier Progression
You advance through tiers automatically:
- Start: Begin in Tier 1 (0 - R250k cumulative)
- Progress: Move up as revenue accumulates
- Benefit: New events immediately use your current tier
- Stay: Never downgrade once you reach a tier
💡 Example: If you've generated R300k cumulative revenue, you're in Tier 2. Your next event, even if small, gets Tier 2 rates!

Revenue Range: Above R1,000,000
Total Fees: 5.15%

FAQs
Q: Does each event start at Tier 1?
A: Yes! Each event has its own tier progression based on that specific event's cumulative revenue. Your tier advances as your event generates more revenue.
Q: Can an event lose its tier?
A: No. Once an event reaches a tier, it stays there. There are no downgrades for that event.
Q: Do cancelled orders count toward my event's cumulative revenue?
A: Only actual revenue counts. Cancelled or refunded amounts don't contribute to tier progression.
Q: How often is my event's tier updated?
A: In real-time! As soon as your event crosses a tier threshold, new registrations for that event use the new rate.
