How Group Registration Works

Register multiple participants in a single order:

💡 Account Holder: The person paying (account holder) manages the registration and receives all tickets.

Adding Participants

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Go to event page
  2. Click "Register Now"
  3. Select distance/category
  4. Enter quantity (number of participants)
  5. Click "Continue"
  6. Fill in details for each participant
  7. Add your details as account holder
  8. Proceed to payment

Participant Information Required

For each participant, provide:

  • Full Name: First and last name
  • Email: Each participant's email
  • Mobile Number: Contact number
  • ID Number: For age verification and licensing
  • Gender: Male/Female/Other
  • Date of Birth: For category placement
  • Emergency Contact: Name and number

Account Holder Details

As the person paying, you provide:

  • Your personal details
  • Billing address
  • Emergency contact information
  • Payment details

⚠️ Accuracy: Double-check all participant details. Names must match ID documents for licensed events!

Adding Merchandise

If event has merchandise:

  • Each participant can select their own items
  • Choose size/color per person
  • Or select items for all participants at once
  • Merchandise costs added to total

Different Distances

Participants can enter different distances:

  1. Add participants for first distance
  2. Click "Add more distances"
  3. Select different distance
  4. Add participants for that distance
  5. Repeat as needed
  6. All included in one order

Payment & Tickets

Total Cost

Your total includes:

  • Entry fees for all participants
  • Merchandise (if selected)
  • Temporary licenses (if applicable)
  • Payment processing fee

Tickets & Confirmations

After successful payment:

  • 📧 Order confirmation to account holder email
  • 📧 Individual confirmation to each participant's email

  • 📦 One combined order in participant dashboard

Managing Your Group Order

Access all tickets via:

  1. Log in to Participant Dashboard
  2. View your order
  3. See all participant tickets
  4. Download individual or all tickets
  5. Forward tickets to participants

✅ Easy Sharing: Each participant receives their own ticket directly. You can also access all tickets from your dashboard.

Q: Can I add more participants after payment?

A: No, you'll need to make a new separate registration. Plan ahead!

Q: What if one participant can't attend?

A: Contact the organizer about transferring or refunding that specific ticket (subject to event terms).

Q: Do all participants need to be the same age/gender?

A: No! Mix any ages and genders in one order.

Q: Can participants collect their own race packs?

A: Yes, each has their own ticket and can collect independently.

Q: What if I make a mistake in participant details?

A: Contact the event organizer immediately to correct details before race day.
