  3. Check total amount
  4. Accept terms and conditions
  5. Click "Complete Payment"
  6. Redirected to Ozow payment page
  7. Select payment method
  8. Complete payment
  9. Return to confirmation page

Credit/Debit Card Payment

  1. Select "Card Payment"
  2. Enter card number
  3. Enter expiry date (MM/YY)
  4. Enter CVV (3-digit code on back)
  5. Enter cardholder name
  6. Click "Pay Now"
  7. Complete 3D Secure verification (if required)
  8. Payment processed instantly

Instant EFT Payment

  1. Select "Instant EFT"
  2. Choose your bank
  3. Login with your online banking credentials
  4. Verify transaction details
  5. Authorize payment
  6. Payment completed within seconds

After Payment

Immediately after successful payment:

  • ✅ Confirmation page displayed

Payment Confirmation

Your confirmation email includes:

  • Order reference number
  • Event details
  • Participant names

Troubleshooting

Payment Declined

If your payment is declined:

  • Insufficient Funds: Check account balance
  • Card Limits: Check daily/transaction limits
  • Expired Card: Use valid card
  • Incorrect Details: Verify card number, CVV, expiry
  • Bank Security: Contact your bank (they may have blocked transaction)

Payment Not Reflecting

If payment succeeded but no confirmation:

  1. Wait 5-10 minutes (processing delay)
  2. Check spam/junk email folder
  3. Check WhatsApp for ticket link
  4. Check participant dashboard
  5. Contact support with transaction reference

⚠️ Don't Pay Twice: If unsure, check your bank statement before retrying. Contact support if payment deducted but no confirmation received.

Payment Failed - Money Deducted

If money was deducted but payment shows as failed:

  1. Don't panic - this is a temporary hold
  2. Funds will auto-reverse within 3-5 business days
  3. Save your transaction reference
  4. Contact support if no reversal after 7 days

Browser Issues

Payment page not loading:

  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try different browser (Chrome recommended)
  • Disable ad blockers
  • Check internet connection
  • Try from different device

3D Secure Problems

Can't complete 3D Secure verification:

  • Check SMS/email for OTP
  • Ensure 3D Secure is activated with your bank
  • Contact bank to verify card is enabled for online payments
  • Try different card

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are subject to event policy:

  • Check event terms before registering
  • Some events allow transfers, not refunds
  • Contact organizer directly for requests
  • Refunds (if approved) take 7-14 days
  • Returned to original payment method
