During registration:
- Complete participant details
- Merchandise section appears
- View all available items
- See photos, descriptions, prices
- Check stock availability
💡 Exclusive: Event merchandise is often only available during registration - you can't buy it separately later!

- Select size (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL)

Size Guide
Most event merchandise includes size charts:

- Low Stock - Only a few left (hurry!)
- Sold Out - No longer available

Group Orders
Registering multiple participants:
- Select merchandise for each participant individually
- Different sizes per person
- Or skip merchandise for specific participants
- All items in one payment
Optional vs Mandatory

- Included: Some events include merchandise in entry fee
- Package Deals: "Entry + T-shirt" bundles often save money
Collection & Delivery
Collection Methods
Merchandise is typically:
- Race Day Collection: Collect with race pack (most common)
- Pre-Event Collection: Specified collection times/location
- Postal Delivery: Some events ship merchandise (if available)
Race Day Collection
- Arrive at race registration/pack collection
- Show your ticket (QR code or printed)
- Receive your race pack + merchandise
- Check items before leaving
Pre-Event Collection
Some events offer early collection:
- Check event details for collection times
- Bring your ticket
- ID document may be required
- Saves time on race day
What to Bring
- 📱 Your ticket (digital or printed)
- 🪪 ID document (for verification)
- 👜 Bag for carrying items
✅ Check Your Items: Verify size and condition before leaving collection point. Report issues immediately!
Wrong Size/Item Issues
If there's a problem:
- Report immediately at collection point
- Staff will check availability of correct size
- May exchange if stock available
- Or contact organizer after event
Merchandise Guarantee
Your merchandise is:

- ✅ Guaranteed to be available
- ✅ Size and color you selected
- ✅ New and unused
Refunds/Cancellations
Merchandise sales are typically:
- Non-refundable (as per event terms)
- Cannot be returned after collection
- Covered by event cancellation policy
